Branson walks away with girls’ trophy

Yellville-Summit and Harrison each won three events on the girls side of the Rosson Invitational Track Meet held on Thursday at F.S. Garrison Stadium.
Those wins resulted in a second place finish for Yellville-Summit and a third place finish for Harrison.
Branson, Mo. won the event with 172 points which included six first-place finishes.
Class 1A Kingston finished fourth in the meet with 92 points.
Alex Hill claimed two of Harrison’s wins. She won the Triple Jump and the 300 Meter Hurdles.
Clare Barger won the high jump for Harrison.
Three different athletes won individual events for Yellville-Summit.
Kambree Gibson won the 100 Meter Hurdles. Janet Ridley claimed the Discus title and Jacey Davenport won the 400 Meter.
Kingston won two relay events. The Lady Yellow Jackets won the 4X800 and the 4x400.
