GOBLINS ADD SECOND WIN

A cool and rainy day turned into a persevering win for the the Goblin soccer team on Friday.
Opposite conference opponent Subiaco Academy at F.S. Garrison Stadium, the Harrisons squad scored the only goal of the game and won the defensive battle over the Trojans, 1-0.
Neither team was able to punch in a goal in the early goings and the second half began with zeroes on the scoreboard.
Harrison’s lone goal of the game came on a penalty kick when sophomore forward Jack Fenn drove a shot past the goalkeeper to give the Goblins a 1-0 lead and the eventual victory.
The win moves Harrison to a 2-8-1 record on the season and a 2-3 conference record.
The Goblins will visit Berryville on Tuesday to continue 4A-1 play.
